Mod Podge is my friend...
I love to decoupage things!
Recently after doing a project with my kids I got a little brave and decided to enlist the help of my son's girlfriend and add a border to our coffee table using Mod Podge.
It was super easy and we loved doing it.
I used, blue painters tape to mask off the border.
Then taking 3 different kinds of scrapbooking paper
we simple tore them into random shapes and just
painted on the Mod Podge!
I love the way it turned out!
It took us about an hour tops!
Next will come a couple coats of  fast-drying polyurethane
(Min-Wax is my fave!)
and we will have a new coffee table!
This was a Craigslist Find by the way!

I will post a pic when we are all finished!
Enjoy!
